RT-MA-003 is an automatic Marshall compactor with wooden pedestal fully complies with EN 12697-30 and ensures uniform compaction. The control unit includes digital counter to set the required number of blows and automatic stop after the preset number of blows.

RT-MA-003 is equipped with a motorized drive to rise and down the hammer and locking assembly that fix the mould in place and reduces the mould vibration during compaction.

All moving parts are protected with safety guard, which stops automatically the compactor when opened, and the control panel is fit with an emergency stop red button, all conforming to CE prescriptions.

The automatic Marshall compactor can be supplied with a conversion kit for compaction of d 152.4 mm specimens and safety/noise reduction cabinet.

The compactor includes the hardwood block 200x200x450 mm and vibrated concrete block 450x450x200 mm. Marshall moulds, blocks for initial heating the hammer foot and storage plate for specimens should be ordered separately.
