RD-MG-004 - is a highly accurate laboratory furnace that characterized by fast heating time and excellent temperature stability.
The furnace equipped with a high-precision temperature controller Omron with PID settings and self-tuning function. If required It could be equipped with a programmable temperature controller, which provides up to 32 programming steps to set temperature ramp. The chamber is manufactured from solid ceramic or fiber insulation and has ceramic bottom plate. All heating elements are enclosed in chamber walls.
The RD-MG-004 furnaces cover all requirements for aggregates, cement and asphalt testing. The furnace includes ceramic bottom plate and ventilation channel to carry fumes and gasses that are released during thermal processing.
RD-MG-004 are available in different versions:
- - max. temperature – from 900 °C to 1200 °C;
- - volume capacity from 4 L to 22 L;
- - chamber material – solid ceramic (resistant to aggressive chemical material samples) and thermal insulation fiber (not suitable to test aggressive chemical samples)
